DRAWING / PAINTING / PRINTMAMING / DIGITAL ART
1 – All submitted artwork must be original and created by the artist submitting it.
2 – Only digital submissions will be accepted. No physical artwork is required or will be accepted.
3 – The artist will retain full responsibility for their submitted work, including its originality, copyright ownership, and any content-related claims.
Registration and Participation Process
1 – Submit your art Work and details in following Form
2 – We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp
3 – Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.

Amount Is Payable After Selection. Not At the time of Registration.

Terms and Conditions
First Come, First Served Basis: After the selection of arts, The first artist to make the payment will be given priority placement in the exhibition. The exhibition slot will be confirmed once the payment is received.
Limited Number of Participants: Only the first 25 selected artworks will be eligible for exhibition participation in per Category(Love, Nature, Artistic). Artists must submit their work promptly to ensure a spot.
Direct Buyer Communication: Online visitor will connect directly with the artist for any further communication regarding the artwork. We do not facilitate any further discussions or negotiations between the artist and the buyer.
No Sale Confirmation from Organizers: The exhibition organizers will not provide a confirmation of sale. It is the artist’s responsibility to manage any transactions with buyers directly.
No Commission on Sales: The exhibition organizers will not take any commission from the sale of artworks. All sales proceeds go directly to the artist.
Artist’s Responsibility for Sale: The artist is solely responsible for engaging with potential buyers and finalizing any sales. The organizers are not involved in the transaction process.
Rights & Permissions: By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you hold all rights to the artwork and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. The organizers reserve the right to reject any submission that violates this condition.
Publicity & Promotion: By participating in the exhibition, you grant the organizers the right to use images of your artwork for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.
No Refunds on Participation Fee: Once the participation fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Please ensure you meet all the submission criteria before proceeding with the payment.
